2023: “Wike Called Me Severally To Beg Atiku To Make Him His Running Mate”— Dino Melaye

Senator Dino Melaye hits the harmer on the nail, hours after Wike said Dino is not a Governor material.

The governorship aspirant of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Kogi State, Dino Melaye had fired back at Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State who laughed at his ambition to succeed Governor Yahaya Bello.

Recall, governor Wike ruled out Dino Melaye ahead of the PDP governorship primary on the November 15 in Kogi at a media chat earlier on Tuesday.

“When you give Dino that ticket, you know he won’t win in Kogi State,” Wike said during the parley.

“Why would Kogi people say they would vote for a candidate like Dino? Are we joking?” the governor queried.

However, in his reaction, Melaye bashed governor Wike, describing him as suddenly becoming the self-appointed public office regulator.

Senator Dino Melaye, however urged governor Wike not to drink alcohol before talking.
