21-year-old ex-convict steals motorcycle after two years jail term

Timothy Sonyegbe, a 21-year-old vulcanizer has been arrested by the men of Ogun State Community, Social Orientation and Safety Corps, also known as So-safe.
Timothy was arrested by So-safe for alleged stealing of motorcycle around Abule Teacher in Ipokia Local government area of the state.
Mr Moruf Yusuf, the spokesperson for So-safe asserted that the suspect resides in Ijofin area of Ogun state.
It was learned that the suspect was once a convict and he was placed on surveillance after he served a jail term twice.
It was reported that Timothy was seen riding a motorcycle during odd hours of the night, which triggered the attention of a team of So-safe officers on routine patrol who stopped him but in an attempt to make a U-turn and escape, the suspect was chased and apprehended.
“The suspect is a two-term ex-convict who served at ilaro correctional center for fuel and motorcycle theft” Mr Ganzallo stated
When interrogated, Timothy confessed that the motorbike, a Boxer Bajaj with engine number DXWLB46095 was stolen.
Timothy had been handed over to the police Divisional Headquarters in Ipokia for further investigation.
