BREAKING: Presidential election tribunal to continue sitting May 10

The presidential election petition tribunal arising from setting on Monday, has adjourned sitting till Wednesday, May 10 for continuation of hearing of petitions challenging the outcome of the 2023 presidential election.
This was revealed in a tweet on Monday by one of the image makers of the Labour Party, LP, Kenneth Okonkwo.
He said, “After a brief pre-hearing trial, the case was adjourned to Wednesday, 10th May 2023 at 2 pm prompt,” Okonkwo said.
It would be recalled that the presidential election petition tribunal commenced proceedings in Abuja, on Monday.
The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar and the Labour Party, LP, presidential candidate Peter Obi are challenging the declaration of Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress, APC, as winner of the February 25 presidential poll.
