Man accuses bank of alleged moves to defraud him, claims he’s dead

A Nigerian man, simply identified as Olasele Anthony as called out a commercial bank, Polaris Bank for attempting to steal millions of naira from him.

According to information, Olasele asserted that Polaris Bank froze his account and place a Post No Debt on it.

This is said to be a foul play by the commercial bank after his account with the bank became inactive.

Olasele maintained that he couldn’t do any transaction on his account and after contacted the bank, he was told the bank was on a court order stating that he was dead.

The customer said that he’s requesting Polaris Bank to send him a copy of the court order from Abuja stating that he’s dead, so as to go to court and show proof of life and life inactive status on his bank account.

He added that he wanted to see his own death certificate that was used to collect court order, but Polaris bank refused to send the documents.

Olasele further explained that he had filed a complaint and submitted to the Central Bank of Nigeria and Polaris bank to demand full details of what happened to his bank account.
