Ozobo Commends Tantita For Cleaning Up Niger Delta Polluted Environment

Renowned Niger Delta Activist and Environmentalist, Distinguished Comrade Ozobo Austin has hailed Tantita Security Outfit for bringing sanctity to the polluted and destroyed Niger Delta Environment.

Ozobo said this why responding to questions in a media chart with Congress newspaper correspondents on Wednesday.

According to him, the Tantita security outfit had finally come to save Niger Delta’s polluted environment, adding that the diseases and epidemic associated with oil pollution in the region had drastically reduced since the inception of the Tantita security outfit curbing oil smuggling in the region.

He said the Tantita commitment to a cleaner environment and increased revenue in the country had surpassed expectations, noting that the security outfit is doing more than what the military could do.

Ozobo appreciated High Chief Government Ekpemupolo, alias Tompolo and Tantita MD Chief Kestin Pondi for working hard to repair the Niger Delta environment and at the same time contributing to the increased oil revenue in Nigeria.

The activist said that he hardly travel to certain communities in the region following the level of oil pollution and the associated health challenges, noting he could now travel to such places without fear– achievements of the Tantita security outfit.

He appealed to the duo not to relent despite setbacks and enormous challenges in curbing oil smuggling in the region.

The advocate called on President Bola Tinubu to keep faith with the Tantita security outfit for increased oil revenue in the country.
