Agediga, Mulade Receive Meritorious Awards

Prominent Leaders, Amb Shedrack Agediga, current chairman of the Delta State Bursary and Scholarship Board received Sustainability Leadership award, while Chief (Comrade) Sheriff Mulade bagged Eco Warrior award from the Nigeria Society of Engineers on Friday.

The awards were presented to both leaders at the Mom Event centre, airport road, Warri, Delta State on Friday.

While presenting the awards, the Nigeria Society of Engineers acknowledged the ceaseless contributions of the duo and others in the areas of leadership and environmental preservation in Nigeria.

The groups said the awards were meant to encourage the recipients to do more in leadership and environmental sustainability, adding that the awards were part of the Nigeria Society of Engineers efforts to support societal growth and development in the country.

Speaking shortly after receiving the awards the duo thanked the Nigeria Society of Engineers for acknowledging their little contributions and finding them worth to confer upon them of the enviable awards, adding that they will continue to do more within their capacities to promote good leadership and advocate for environmental sustainability.
