Tinubu Visits Brazil to Boost Economic, Diplomatic Ties

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has arrived in Brasília, Brazil, for a two-day state visit focused on strengthening trade and diplomatic relations.

He is expected to meet with Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva to discuss investment opportunities in agriculture, energy, and infrastructure. Both leaders will also explore ways to deepen cooperation in technology transfer and food security.

The visit, Tinubu’s first to Brazil since taking office, is seen as part of his broader effort to position Nigeria as a stronger player in global South-South partnerships.
