Bandits attacked three villages, killed village Head in Zamfara

Zamfara State House of Assembly member representing Tsafe West state constituency Hon. Amiru Ahmed Keta confirmed three separate Bandits attacks to constituency this morning.
Hon. Amiru said the Bandits abducted people in Gidan Turbe and as well killed a Village Head and one Alhaji in another two villages.
Hon. Amiru Ahmed Keta said the maruders attacked Gidan Turbe village under Yandoton Daji ward of Tsafe Local government where they abducted ten people but currently two of them escaped and regain their freedom.
“It is true early morning today, the Bandits attacked the villagers but they didn’t kill anybody in Turbe village, despite that, they abducted ten people and confiscated multiple cell phones but two of the abductees escaped. Hon. Amiru said.
Speaking on the said figure of the kidnapped victims, Hon. Amiru said
“Based on my enquiry, this is only what I gathered and that is only what comes to my notice and I can only give a testimony of what comes to my knowledge, even if the figure is more than that, I don’t know anything about it. The state Assembly member said.
Hon. Amiru also confirmed another attack in Dogon Daji village under Keta/Kizara ward where the Bandits slaughter the village Head likewise they attacked Bawa ganga village and killed one Alhaji.
“Apart from that, they also attacked Dogon Daji village under Keta/Kizara ward slaughtered the Village Head and they also entered Bawa ganga village and killed one Alhaji. Hon. Amiru stated.
The member representing Tsafe West Hon. Amiru Ahmed Keta further lamented the current horrible situation of Kucheri to Wanke road and how Bandits turned it to their market.
“Up recent, the Bandits are blocking this road that connects Wanke to Kucheri daily, more especially, Keta to Danjibga and Keta to Kwaren ganuwa villages. The turned this road as their market, they almost slept there all the time. Even today people of my town Keta was denied access to Gusau and other cities to source for their means of livelihood. Hon. Amiru lamented.
The Zamfara State police command has yet to issue an official statement regarding the attack and we contacted the state police command public Relations officer, Yazid Abubakar but he didn’t respond to our calls.
