Cybersecurity students to deliver high-level research presentation to boost Tantita Sept 25

Following a move to get rid of security challenges in the fight against oil theft in Nigeria, Cybersecurity students of the PEB ICT Empowerment Programme, sponsored by the Tompolo Foundation, Tantita Security Nigeria Limited, and PEB ICT Services, are set to round off their intensive training with a high-level research and problem-solving presentation on September 25, 2025.
The presentation, titled “The Relevance of Cybersecurity to Tantita Security Architecture in Boosting Nigeria’s Economy,” will highlight innovative insights on how cybersecurity can strengthen Tantita Security’s operations and further advance the fight against oil theft in the Niger Delta.
The Group B team Led by ThankGod Mike Ugedi consists of Andrew Sebiwe Ebiwei, Sunday Ebi Juciano and Chief Shedrack will showcase practical solutions aimed at reinforcing Tantita Security’s architectural framework, with the ultimate goal of safeguarding Nigeria’s oil production and maximizing national revenue.
Acknowledging the pivotal role of Tantita Security, the group commended the company’s relentless efforts in combating crude oil theft and securing the region’s oil assets. They also expressed gratitude to their lecturer, Dr. Christopher Peace Eigbefoh, for his impactful teachings and mentorship throughout the program.
The event is expected to draw the attention of Tantita Security executives and key stakeholders in Nigeria’s security sector, who have been specially invited to witness this dynamic knowledge-sharing session.
