Bandits kills six security personnel in two separate ambushes in Zamfara

Bandits killed six security personnel in two different ambush attacks in Tsafe Local government of Zamfara State.
According to a resident identified as Mal. Muhammad Jamil said, the Bandits ambushed police vehicle on surveillance alone Gidan Giye few kilometers away from Tsafe town and they killed two mobile police officers.
“The Bandits laid ambushed on the Police surveillance vehicle along Gusau-Funtua highway.
“Already Gidan Giye is their normal root, they laid ambushed beside the highway and killed two mobile police officers. Muhammad said.
Another ambush occurred at Songawa village where the Bandits laid ambushed on state security outfit code name “Askarawan Zamfara” that were escorting a construction company loading sand from the village.
The Mal. Muhammad Jamilu said, the Bandits killed three Askarawan Zamfara and one driver of a tipper truck of the construction company.
“Is two separate ambushes, one in Songawa where four people were including a truck driver while the other part two mobile police officers were killed.
When contacted, the police public relations officer of Zamfara State command DSP Yazid Abubakar said he will soon release the command statement.
“Please my brother hold on, I will soon release the statement. DSP Yazid said.
