N’Delta Popular Writer, Ekanpou PhD to Bury Mother In-law Late Rev. Mother Margaret Okotoro Nov 27 in Delta

Prominent Niger Delta activist and writer, Enewaridide Ekanpou PhD will be burying his mother-in-law, Late Rev. Mother Margaret Alhaji Ekotoro Oruserikeme, on November 27, 2025, at Kalafiogbene Community, Bomadi LGA in Delta State.

The award winning writer, Dr Ekanpou PhD has invited friends, well-wishers, leaders and stakeholders of all walks of life to join and support him to provide a befitting final burial rites for his late mother in-law who passed on at 99-year old.

The 99-year-old matriarch passed away, and her final burial rites will be held at her hometown, with a service of songs to be held on November 25, 2025, at John Ekotoro Street, Oruwhorun Town.

The funeral proper will commence at 7 am on November 27, with the body leaving Safe Haven Hospital Mortuary Service Okumagba Layout, Warri, via NPA Waterside to Kalafiogbene Community. The religious commendation, requiem service, and interment will follow at the Christ Divine and Gospel Mission (CDGM), Elohim City Zion Kalafiogbene, from 9 am to 5 pm.

However, an all-night social wake will take place from 6 pm till dawn, with music provided by Chief Barrister Smooth, the Paddle of Niger Delta.
