Senator Lokpobiri Mourns Passing of Bayelsa Deputy Governor

The Minister of State for Petroleum Resources (Oil), Senator Heineken Lokpobiri, has expressed deep sadness over the sudden passing of Senator Lawrence Ewhrudjakpo, Deputy Governor of Bayelsa State.

In a statement, Senator Lokpobiri described Senator Ewhrudjakpo as a dedicated and selfless servant who served Bayelsa State and Nigeria with integrity, wisdom, and compassion.

He extended his heartfelt condolences to the Ewhrudjakpo family, Governor Duoye Diri, the government, and people of Bayelsa State, praying that God grants the deceased eternal rest and comfort.

Senator Lokpobiri also prayed for the strength and fortitude of the grieving family, friends, and loved ones, saying Senator Ewhrudjakpo’s legacy of service will forever remain in their hearts.
