Addressing Plastic Pollution: NESREA Holds Inception Workshop In Abuja

Nigeria has taken another step towards tackling plastic pollution by bringing together stakeholders in Abuja for the inception workshop on secular solutions to plastic pollution in Nigeria.

Stakeholders from government, development partners, the private sector and civil society converge on Abuja for the inception workshop on the circular solution to plastic in Nigeria.
The Project aims to reduce plastic pollution through circular economy solutions.
Key policy areas include, cutting down on single-use plastics, promoting reuse and recycling, strengthening policies and encouraging private sector participation.
