Kyari’s Acquittal a Victory for Justice, Says Face to Peace

The National President, Malam Sani Ibrahim Mainasara Zaria, has commended the recent judgement which cleared suspended Deputy Commissioner of Police Abba Kyari against assets declaration cases brought by National Drugs Law enforcement agency,(NDLEA)

This is contain in a statement signed on behalf of the Face to Peace Northern Youth Initiative by the president Malam Ibrahim Mainasara Zaria.

The Face to Peace Northern Youth Initiative welcomes the judgment of the Federal High Court in Abuja, which has cleared Suspended Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Abba Kyari of asset declaration charges. This landmark ruling is a testament to the independence of the judiciary and a beacon of hope for the common man.

We commend Justice James Omotosho for his courage and commitment to upholding the rule of law. The decision to discharge and acquit DCP Kyari is a clear indication that the judiciary will not be swayed by public opinion or pressure from powerful individuals.

The Face to Peace Northern Youth Initiative has always maintained that the judiciary is the last hope for the common man, and today’s judgment has reinforced this belief. We applaud the court’s decision to prioritize justice and fairness over allegations and assumptions.

We also commend DCP Kyari for his courage and resilience in the face of adversity. His determination to clear his name and prove his innocence is a testament to his character and commitment to justice.

The Face to Peace Northern Youth Initiative urges all Nigerians to respect the judgment of the court and to continue to have faith in the judiciary.

“We must recognize that the judiciary is an independent arm of government that is committed to upholding the rule of law and protecting the rights of citizens.

We also call on the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) to respect the judgment of the court and to continue to work towards ensuring that justice is served in all cases.
