Troops of the Joint Task Force, Operation HADIN KAI, have repelled terrorist attempted attacks at Bitta.

A statement by the Media Information Officer Headquarters Joint Task Force Operation HADIN KAI
Lieutenant Colonel Sani Uba says the failed attack occurred in an attempt to infiltrate the troops’ location. The criminals were consequently overwhelmed and forced to withdraw, while suffering significant loss

This latest defeat, the statement notes, is the third major success within the last twenty-four hours, following a failed attack at Banki and Azir Bridge.

These successive setbacks further highlight the operational pressure mounted by the troops of Operation HADIN KAI across the theatre.

Troops remain firmly in control of all locations with high morale and sustained offensive action.
