Stop blackmailing Dr Otuaro for Personal Gains, Otuaro Reforms Are Impactful – Ozobo Warns Kwalekeme
By Monday Peters, Abuja
A leading Niger Delta activist Senior Comrade Ozobo Austin has condemned the recent attacks on Dr. Dennis Otuaro, Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme by shenanigans and hungry motor park Agberos, whose trade in stock is blackmail and campaign of calumny to defraud and cow political office holders for pecuniary gains.
According to the statement, the rights activist described the criticism as “sponsored” and “cheap blackmail” driven by personal interests, urged enemies to desist forthwith.
In the statement, Ozobo commends Dr. Otuaro’s performance, saying, “Dr. Dennis Otuaro has performed extremely well. “We should be grateful for what he is doing for Niger Delta through PAP.” He added that attacking Otuaro for personal gain is unacceptable and desperation taken too far.
“We completely condemned the derogatory statements, attacks and blackmail from people who barely play any role in the Niger Delta struggle,” Ozobo stated.
He asked jobless elders like Cletus Okwalekeme to go and look for work to do and repent from blackmailing people for personal interests. “Elder Opukeme is seeking cheap attention, the public should ignore him.” the statement added.
Ozobo expressed disappointment that some elders in Niger Delta were prioritizing personal interests over regional progress. “It’s part of failure and shameful that some elders like Kwalekeme out of hunger resorting to a cheap blackmail.”
He appealed to Dr Otuaro not to be distracted by infighting and sponsored campaigns of blackmails by faceless groups and failed individuals, stating that he should continue his good works for the Niger Delta region.
