IWRPF Celebrates Dennis Otuaro on Birthday, Commends Youth Empowerment Efforts

The Ijaw Women Rights’ Protection Forum (IWRPF) has felicitated with the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Dr. Dennis Burutu Otuaro, on the occasion of his birthday, commending his contributions to the empowerment and development of youths across the Niger Delta.

In a goodwill message signed by the National President of IWRPF, Comrade Hilda Amogha, the organisation acknowledged Otuaro’s efforts in supporting Niger Delta youths through scholarships, skills acquisition programmes, training and other opportunities aimed at improving their prospects and creating a better future.

The forum expressed appreciation for his service to the region, while praying for God’s continued protection, wisdom, strength and good health. IWRPF also prayed that Otuaro would experience greater opportunities, fulfilment and success in his endeavours.

According to the organisation, the impact of Otuaro’s interventions among young people would continue to be meaningful, expressing hope that the beneficiaries of such initiatives would rise to positions of greater responsibility and contribute positively to the development of the Niger Delta.

IWRPF further prayed for blessings upon Otuaro and his family, wishing him many more fruitful years, peace, prosperity and happiness as he marks another year.

“May you live long enough to witness the full fruits of your labour and see the Niger Delta youths you have empowered rise to positions of greatness,” the organisation stated.

The IWRPF congratulated Otuaro and wished him continued success and fulfilment in his service to humanity and the Niger Delta.
