Tragedy as alleged yahoo boy kills pregnant woman, mother, son in fatal crash in Delta

A suspected Yahoo boy, popularly known as internet fraudster has smashed three family members to death in a fatal road crash at Okpare Town in Olomu, Ughelli South Local Government Area of Delta State.

The incident happened on Tuesday evening around a popular curve along the Okpare-Ughelli road.

Congress gathered that the deceased persons included mother, son and pregnant woman and two other persons who were fatally injured.

According to a source, the victims who were relations, were returning from Ughelli when they were crushed to death.

The source, alleged that the yahoo boy who was driving a Toyota Venza, was on a high-speed when he lost control and crushed a tricycle with five occupants.

Our correspondent reports that three of the victims died on the spot while two others including the driver of the tricycle were rushed to the Ughelli Central Hospital treatment.

However, the yahoo boy who was on the run was arrested by the youths in the community and was handed over to police for further investigation.

Meantime, effort to reach the Delta State Police Command’s spokesman, DSP Bright Edafe, for confirmation proved abortive at press time.
