Ukraine hits 4 Russian jets with US stinger missile

The Ukrainian forces have shot down over four Russian fighter jets with the US-made stinger missiles in Southern Kyiv.

This was reported by the Ukrainian defense minister Mr. Oleksii Rezenikov during the weekend.

The defense minister thanked the US for providing them with the stinger missile defense system to aid the war against suppression and intimidation of the Russian nation.

His words, “we are very happy over the stinger missiles supplied to us by the US. We have been expecting this defense system for some time now. With this defense system, we are sure of reclaiming our lost territories.”

However, in the past two weeks, the report had it that Ukrainian forces had made some landmark progress in their counteroffensive against Russian forces.
