An Abuja High Court has scheduled 26 November 2025 for the hearing of an assault and battery case filed against Nigerian rapper Tochukwu Gbubemi Ojogwu, popularly known as Odumodublvck.

The suit was instituted by photographer and entertainer Levi Ogbogiri, also known as Kraziecent, who accused the rapper of attacking him during a public event on 16 December 2024.

According to court filings, Kraziecent alleged that the altercation occurred while he was taking photographs and recording videos at the event. He claimed that Odumodublvck assaulted him without provocation, resulting in physical injuries, emotional trauma, and damage to his iPhone 15 Pro Max.

During the court proceedings, Kraziecent’s lawyer informed the judge that all legal documents had been properly served on the rapper, but there had been no official response from his team.

Counsel to Odumodublvck, however, requested additional time to prepare their defence, prompting the judge to adjourn the case to 26 November.

The claimant is seeking financial compensation for the damaged phone, alleged humiliation, and injury to his reputation.

He is also asking the court to compel Odumodublvck to issue a public apology on social media and in two national newspapers, and to grant a restraining order to prevent any further harassment.
