Allen Alabo, FC storyteller to thrill guests as Chief Evans Etimigba buries 101-year-Old Grandmother Friday February 13

The family of the late Mama Bomor Etimigba is preparing to bid farewell to their revered matriarch in a grand ceremony. The 101-year-old grandmother, who passed away on June 7, 2025, will be laid to rest on February 13, 2026, at her hometown Ayakoromo.
A prominent Niger Delta leader, Chief Evans Etimigba, is leading the family in organizing a befitting tribute to their beloved grandmother. The funeral service will be followed by interment in her compound at Diamo Idumu, Ayakoromo.
The event promised to be a grand affair, with music by Chief Allen Alabo and FC storyteller and a reception at Ngbilebiri Primary School Field, Ayakoromo. Dignitaries and well-wishers are expected to attend, paying their respects to the late Mrs. Etimigba.
Mrs. Etimigba leaves behind 2 children, 13 grandchildren, and 20 great-grandchildren, who are mourning her loss. Her remarkable life and legacy have been acknowledged by the community, with many expressing condolences.
