APC to PDP: You stand rejected by Nigerians

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has dismissed recent criticisms from the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), insisting that Nigerians have already rejected the PDP at the polls.

In a statement issued by the party’s spokesperson, the APC accused the PDP of attempting to mislead citizens with false narratives about governance and national challenges. The ruling party maintained that Nigerians are fully aware of the PDP’s track record during its years in power and have chosen not to return to what it described as “an era of corruption, mismanagement, and broken promises.”

The APC further argued that President Bola Tinubu’s administration is focused on reforms aimed at rebuilding the economy, improving security, and restoring public confidence. It urged the PDP to play a more constructive role in opposition rather than seeking to “rewrite history for political survival.”

According to the APC, the mandate given by Nigerians in the last election remains a clear sign that the PDP no longer enjoys the trust of the people.
