APP Update: GTBank Apologizes To Customers Over Frustration

One of the Nigerian banks, Guaranty Trust Bank has apologised to its customers following the frustration encountered after a recent upgrade of the GTWorld mobile banking app.

It could be recalled that on Friday, 14 July 2023, the bank customers took to social media to express disappointment about the use of the bank’s Mobile app.

This development happened after the bank announced an app update which was expected to bring more improvement but resulted in login difficulties for users.

However, according to an email message sent by the bank to a customer on Saturday, July 15, the bank apologized for the inconvenience caused by the operations of the new updated GTWorld app.

The bank assured customers that their technical team are working on the issue.

However, the bank stated that users can generate e-tokens for completing transactions on Internet Banking by dialing7377#.
