A Niger Delta Technocrat, Engr. Ebikonde Victor Sokoto has celebrated the High Chief (Engr) Kestin Ebimobowei Pondi,

This was contained in a powerful birthday message by Engr Sokoto where a copy was sent to Congress Newspaper on Tuesday.

The Technocrat added that Pondi is a father, mentor, beacon of hope, and a true blessing to humanity.
