BREAKING: APC leader Bekederemo resigns in Delta

By Joseph Bienbo, Warri
A prominent chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ward 8, Kiagbodo town, Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State, Bekederemo Bruce Dickson-Esq, has resigned from the party.
In a letter dated October 14, 2025 forwarded to the state party chairman, Dickson-Esq cited the party’s failure to create an enabling environment for citizens to thrive and progress as the reason for his resignation.
The former APC member expressed disappointment with the current state of democracy in Nigeria, stating that it has not improved the lives of ordinary Nigerians. He emphasized that he could no longer continue supporting a party that does not align with his values.
This development marks another significant loss for the APC in Delta State, as the party continues to grapple with internal challenges and defections.
