CIISM Council Member, Oghenesivbe congratulates Chief Oguma on investure as Distinguished Fellow

…Says Obakpor Engineering’s Best Indigenous Construction Company Award well deserved.

The Chairman of the Delta State Chapter of the Chartered Institute of Information and Strategy Management (CIISM), Dr (Barr) Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe, has described the Chairman of Obakpor Engineering Ltd, Chief John Oguma, as a visionary and pragmatic corporate leader who over the years contributed in no small measure to the growth and development of corporate governance in Nigeria.

Dr Oghenesivbe made the assertion in a congratulatory message to Chief Oguma, over his Investiture as a “Distinguished Fellow” of the Chartered Institute of Information and Strategy Management (CIISM), at the just concluded 6th edition of the Delta State Strategic Communication Workshop in Asaba, the state capital.

He also felicitated with the Board, management and staff of Obakpor Engineering Ltd, for emerging as the “Best Indigenous Construction Company in Delta State,” describing the Award as timely and well deserved.

Dr Oghenesivbe, who is also the Director General of the Delta State Bureau for Orientation and Communications, commended Chief Oguma for his unwavering commitment towards ensuring quality execution of road projects awarded to Obakpor Engineering Ltd, pointing out that the ongoing construction of the 500 meters Orere bridge connecting several communities in Ughelli South and Bomadi local government areas, clearly gave credence to the standard engineering practices of the company.
