Cultist clash allegedly kills over 5 in Delta Community

Suspected number of persons have been killed in Orhuwhorun community in Udu Local Government Area of Delta State following the reoccurring cult clashes in the community.

A source said about six persons had been killed in the continued cult clashes in the community for the past few days, noting that most of the dead persons could be innocent residents.

The source further stated the incident had made many residents to desert their homes for fear of being hurt. According to the source, the continued attacks and killing had paralyzed commercial activities in the community,

Meanwhile, efforts to reach the police spokesman, DSP Bright Edafe for comment proved abortive.
