DELTA APC AGENDA FORUM (DAAF) UNLEASHES SCATHING REBUKE ON ENEMIES OF PROGRESS, RALLIES BEHIND PAP ADMINISTRATOR, DR. DENNIS BRUTU OTUARO IN UNAPOLOGETIC SUPPORT OF GOOD GOVERNANCE

DELTA APC AGENDA FORUM (DAAF) UNLEASHES SCATHING REBUKE ON ENEMIES OF PROGRESS, RALLIES BEHIND PAP ADMINISTRATOR, DR. DENNIS BRUTU OTUARO IN UNAPOLOGETIC SUPPORT OF GOOD GOVERNANCE
The Delta APC Agenda Forum (DAAF), under the distinguished leadership of Amb. Preye Tambou, has expressed deep concern over the growing wave of blackmail and deliberate misinformation being peddled by political mischief makers against the person of Dr. Dennis Brutu Otuaro, Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP).
In a strongly worded statement issued after a consultative meeting in Warri, the Forum condemned what it called “coordinated attacks by political detractors and desperate blackmailers who are uncomfortable with Dr. Otuaro’s rising credibility, integrity, and performance in office.”
“These attacks are not only unwarranted, but they are a distraction from the focused, competent, and people-centred leadership Dr. Otuaro has brought to the Presidential Amnesty Programme,”
The Forum believed that Dr. Otuaro’s appointment as PAP Administrator has brought renewed hope, professionalism, and grassroots inclusiveness to the Niger Delta region, especially among ex-agitators, youths, and communities long neglected by past administrations.
“Dr. Dennis Brutu Otuaro is not just an administrator; he is a bridge-builder and stabilising force in the Niger Delta. His leadership is a testament to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda and the APC’s commitment to peace and sustainable development,” said Amb. Preye Tambou, DAAF Chairman.
The Forum expressed profound gratitude to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, for finding Dr. Dennis Brutu Otuaro worthy of such a sensitive national assignment. It urged Mr. President to stand firm with his appointee and disregard the noise of mischievous elements and political jobbers whose only aim is to sabotage progress and undermine good governance in the Niger Delta.
“Mr. President, your choice of Dr. Otuaro has proven to be a wise and impactful decision. We urge you not to give audience to the colony of blackmailers whose bitterness is rooted in personal failure and hatred for progress. Dr. Otuaro’s work speaks for itself.
*The Forum warned those behind the smear campaign to desist from their destructive tactics and focus instead on supporting ongoing peace-building and empowerment efforts in the region.*
*“We will no longer tolerate deliberate attempts to discredit loyal party men who are delivering results. The era of selfish, vindictive politics is over. We call on well-meaning Nigerians, especially stakeholders in the Niger Delta, to rally behind Dr. Otuaro and give him the space to succeed.”*
*DAAF also reaffirmed its total and unshaken support for Dr. Otuaro, pledging to mobilise grassroots structures across Delta State in defence of his mandate, and against any form of intimidation or political sabotage.*
“We stand firmly with Dr. Dennis Brutu Otuaro. We recognise his vision, loyalty to the APC, and his impact as PAP Administrator. The Delta APC Agenda Forum will resist any attempts to derail his good work.”
