Delta Assembly member-elect Alapala consoles Asupa over brother’s death

The Delta State House of Assembly member-elect, representing Burutu North constituency, Hon. Alapala Anthony Ebitonmo consoled Hon. Asupa Forteta current member representing Burutu North Constituency in the Delta State House of Assembly for the unfortunate demise of his brother, Abu Monday Scoth Forteta.

This was asserted in a statement signed by his media and communication department on Tuesday.

However, the Alapala campaign council expressed shock at the news of Abu’s death, adding that it was painful to lose a prominent personality like Abu in the Forteta family.

He said: “My hearts go out to Asupa for the loss of his dear brother. We know how much he means to you. It wasn’t good news but certainly, we can’t question the Supreme being for what has happened.

“Death is inevitable but our prayer is for anybody to journey home at old age.

“Please be strong, take solace in God and accept our deepest condolences. May God comfort you and other family members. There shall be no more death, neither sorrow nor crying in the Forteta family in Jesus’ Name, Amen,” he added.
