Federal Government Files New Charge on Alleged Forgery Against Mike Ozekhome, SAN

The federal government has filed a fresh charge against a prominent legal practitioner, Mike Ozekhome, SAN, and Ponfa Useini before the high court of the federal capital territory, in Abuja.

In the fresh charge, Mike Ozekhome, SAN, and Ponfa Useini as defendants are facing 12 counts charge bordering on forgery.

The legal practitioner is being alleged that in 2020 the defendants agreed among themselves and caused to be done a false Nigerian international passport and purported same to have been issued by the Nigeria immigration service.

The case is yet to be assigned to a judicial officer for adjudication.
