Flood: Warri submerges over midnight heavy down pour

Warri and its environs have been submerged, following a midnight heavy down pour on Friday.Our correspondent who visited some parts of the city reports that there is heavy flooding in Warri, following the heavy down pour.It was learnt that some houses in Deco, Avenue, Etuwewe, Edjeba, Bendel State, and corps quarters etc were submerged.Congress reports that major roads in the city were flooded as motorist and road users were stranded as several vehicles broke down along the road.
