Former Matawalle’s ally and security commander drags him and others to court

An Immediate past Commandant of Zamfara State security outfit, Anti Thuggery Agency, Bello Muhammed Bakyasuwa has dragged the Minister of State for Defence, Bello Muhammad Matawalle, his political alliances and online medium (DCL Hausa) to High Court of the Federal Capital Territory Abuja over Alleged defarmation of character.

The Security expert and retired Military officer claims that, the state minister for Defence Bello Matawalle and his political associates attempt to damage his character and tarnish his image.

A statement by the for state minister’s commander of the state security outfit Bello Bakyasuwa accused the minister for defarmation of characters.

“Matawalle’s political team recently went to the online medium where they make false statements and accusations against me. Bakyasuwa stated.

“I dragged Matawalle and his political team over false statements, defamation of character, baseless allegations against me related to security issues. Bakyasuwa said.

Others join in the suit apart from the state minister for Defence Bello Matawalle, includes, Anas Abdullahi Kaura, Sani Nasiru Makari, Aliyu Alhazzai Shinkafi and an online Hausa medium.

“I consider their actions as nothing but politically motivated and decided to take legal action and currently, all the Five defendants joint in the suit were summoned by the Federal Capital High Court Abuja. Bakyasuwa lamented.

Bakyasuwa served with the administration of former Zamfara State Governor, Bello Matawalle as part of Sen. Marafa slot allocated to him by the then Governor.
