A Turkish referee and sports commentator, Ahmet Çakar, has praised Galatasaray striker Victor Osimhen for his exceptional professionalism and dedication to the game. Çakar described Osimhen as a “very strange kid” who demands high standards from himself and his teammates.

According to Çakar, Osimhen’s professional ethics are “perhaps number one at Galatasaray”. He highlighted Osimhen’s intense work ethic, saying, “He doesn’t accept things passively, he shouts at his teammates, he doesn’t slack off, he returns to Türkiye when his job is done, he doesn’t miss his flight”.

Çakar commended Osimhen’s fighting spirit, stating, “Even if he doesn’t score goals, I take my hat off to the fight he shows”. However, he also warned that Osimhen’s temper can be a concern, saying, “Don’t push Osimhen to the breaking point… I can’t predict what Osimhen will do when he loses his temper”.

Osimhen, who recently scored 13 goals in 17 appearances for Galatasaray, has been instrumental in the team’s success. Çakar’s comments come after Osimhen’s impressive performances, including a goal in Galatasaray’s 3-1 win over Fatih Karagümrük.
