Ijaw Mothers Congratulate Chief Dennis Otuaro on Birth Anniversary

The Association of Delta Ijaw Women for Peace, Politics, and Culture has extended the warmest congratulations to Dr. Dennis Otuaro, Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), on his birthday anniversary.

In a statement signed by Comrade Mesahrun Ejiro Stella Bobo, National Coordinator, the association commended Dr. Otuaro for his visionary leadership and innovative approach in taking the Amnesty Programme to the next level. His dedication to empowering ex-agitators and promoting peace in the Niger Delta region has earned recognition, she added.

The association noted that Dr. Otuaro’s commitment to the well-being of the Niger Delta people and his efforts in fostering unity and development have been truly impactful. They wished him a happy birthday, good health, and many more years of impactful service.
