Ijaw Women’s Group Celebrates Ogulagha Monarch on Birthday

The Ijaw Women Rights’ Protection Forum has extended warm felicitations to the Ibe Nana Owei of Ogulagha Kingdom, His Royal Majesty, Elder (Capt.) King Joseph Ijawperebo Timiyan (JP), Ph.D, Torububou I (Agbonu), on the occasion of his birthday.

In a statement marking the celebration, the group described the monarch as a visionary leader and a pillar of wisdom whose reign has continued to foster peace, unity, and sustainable development within Ogulagha Kingdom and the wider Ijaw nation.

The forum commended the royal father’s unwavering dedication to the welfare of his people, highlighting his strong commitment to justice and fairness as qualities that have earned him admiration across the region.

“As you mark this new age, we pray for greater strength, divine guidance, long life, and continued prosperity on the throne,” the statement read.

The group further expressed optimism that the monarch’s reign would continue to flourish, with his legacy growing stronger in the years ahead.

The message concluded with goodwill wishes for the continued progress of the kingdom and longevity of the revered traditional ruler.
