IPF honours ex-agitator Chief Ekeremor for unwavering contributions to N’Delta struggle

The Ijaw Publishers’ Forum (IPF) has honoured a Niger Delta ex-agitator General Chief Benjamin Ekeremor alias the double Ogungbenowei of Niger Delta for his selfless role and humanitarian services in the Ijaw and Niger Delta region with a Certificate of appreciation on Friday.
The National President of IPF Comrade Ozobo Austin on behalf of the Ijaw apex media council gave the certificate to the Ijaw ex-agitator and philanthropist Gen. Chief Benjamin Ekeremor during the Benja Light Academy inter-house sports competition in the Okosuama community in Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State.
Ozobo said that ” Gen. Benjamin Ekeremor deserved more than just an award following his Sterling track record as a key player in Niger Delta emancipation struggle and humanitarian services”
Responding, Gen. Chief Ekeremor expressed his gratitude to the Ijaw Publishers’ Forum for recognizing his little role in the betterment of Niger Delta region. He pledged that the award would encourage him to do more for the people of Niger Delta region, just as he prayed for total peace in the region.
The IPF president Ozobo was flanked by Mr Oyinbi Onduku, vice, Mr Tare Magei, secretary, Dr Perez Bibakefie, Assist Secretary, Elder Opukeme Cletus, member, Pastor Arex Akemotubo, member, Mr Tam Okumbiri member, Mr Preye Ekpegha member, Mr Tamaradoubra Benjamin, member and others.
