NASS Will Help Tinubu Remove Policies Inhibiting Progress – Akpabio

Godswill Akpabio, the president of the Senate has promised readiness of the 10th National Assembly to support the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in changing policies inhibiting the progress and development of the nation.

The Senate president made this declaration during the thanksgiving service in honour at the Regina Pacis Auditorium, St Anne Cathedral Ifuho, Ikot Ekpene Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State.

Akpabio thanked the president of Nigeria, Bola Tinubu, the National working committee of the ruling party, All Progressives Congress and his colleagues in the Senate for standing by and supporting him when he contested for the Senate Presidency.

He maintained that the current National Assembly will support the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, to partner in progress for the sole benefit of Nigerians.

However, he appreciated the crowd of well-wishers that came out to welcome him at the Victor Attach International Airport, led by the state governor, Pastor Umoh Eno.
