Nat’l Leadership Amnesty Phase 3 to Embark On Solidarity Rally for President Tinubu, Tompolo, Otuaro Today

The Commissioner of Police, FCT Command, Abuja, has received a notice from the leadership of Phase 3 Amnesty Program, informing them of a peaceful solidarity rally in support of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Dr. Dennis Otuaro, and High Chief Government Ekpemupolo (Tompolo).

The rally, scheduled for November 11, 2025, at 10am, aimed to show support for the president and the PAP administrator. The organizers, led by National Chairman Gen. Godstime Ogidigba, have requested security support to ensure the event is not misunderstood as a protest against the government.

The notice expresses appreciation for the commissioner’s anticipated cooperation and offers to send representatives to monitor the process.
