Niger Delta women Celebrate High Chief Kestin Pondi on Birth Anniversary

A foremost group under the auspices of the Ijaw Women Right’s Protection Forum (IWRPF) has extended warm birthday wishes to High Chief Engr. Kestin Pondi, a renowned leader in the Niger Delta region, as he celebrates another milestone in his life.

The forum acknowledged High Chief Pondi’s tireless efforts and contributions to the development of the Niger Delta, noting that his philanthropic endeavours have brought much-needed relief and hope to communities in the creeks. “You have done well, and we sincerely acknowledge your efforts and kindness over the years,” the statement reads.

However, the IWRPF also drew attention to the lingering challenges facing the people of the Niger Delta, particularly women, boys, and children, who continue to grapple with daily struggles. “Yet, the creek remains in need of help. Our women, boys, and children are still waiting, facing daily struggles that require urgent attention,” the forum stated.

In its birthday tribute, the IWRPF has appealed to him to remain committed to the cause of uplifting the people of the Niger Delta. “As you celebrate your achievements and God’s grace upon your life, we humbly ask that you remember them in your glory. May this new year renew your strength, enlarge your compassion, and inspire you to do even more for the people who look up to you with hope,” the statement added.

The forum concluded by wishing High Chief Pondi a happy birth anniversary, affirming that “The creek remembers you, and still believes in you.”
