Aqsah Nigeria, an Islamic organization, has strongly condemned what it described as ongoing genocide in Gaza, urging the international community to break its silence and take decisive action. The group accused global leaders and institutions of turning a blind eye to the humanitarian crisis, where thousands of civilians have been killed and displaced in the conflict.

Speaking at a press briefing in Abuja, leaders of Aqsah Nigeria said the situation in Gaza represents not just a local struggle, but a humanitarian catastrophe that requires urgent intervention. They called on Nigeria’s government, the African Union, and the United Nations to step up diplomatic and economic pressure on Israel to halt its offensive.

The group also urged Nigerian Muslims and civil society groups to raise their voices, organize peaceful demonstrations, and provide humanitarian support to victims of the crisis. According to them, silence in the face of mass killings and destruction is complicity, and history will judge nations that fail to act.

Their statement comes amid growing protests worldwide over the Gaza conflict, with calls for an immediate ceasefire and accountability for violations of international humanitarian law.
