Over Failure To Provide N1m, Kidnappers Kill Five in Rivers

The failure of a community to provide N1 million has resulted in the loss of lives of five community members.

According to a report, five kidnapped members of the Odiereke Ubie Community in River state have been killed by gunmen after the community failed to give N1 million for the kidnapped victims feeding.

It was gathered that the terrorists came into the community on motorcycles and were heavily armed with AK47 rifles.

A source who prove anonymity stated that the victims were gunned down when returning from their farmland.

However, the members of Odiereke Ubie Community, in the Ahaoda West Local Government Area of Rivers State, called on security operatives to come to their rescue from the hand of kidnappers and gunmen.
