Niger Delta rights activist Comrade Ozobo Austin has sympathized with Barrister Smooth, families of deceased Ijaw music stars and Bayelsa Queens football supporters in separate motor ancient in Delta and Abuja roads.

It would be recalled that five music stars of Barrister S. Smooth Music band and four Bayelsa Queens football supporters died in a separate auto crash in Delta State and Abuja-Lokoja roads on Sunday.

Ozobo who briefed newsmen in Abuja on Monday said the incidents were unfortunate, sad and shocking.

The activist who bid the departed souls farewell said it is difficult to cope with the tragedy that had befallen the Ijaw nation.

Ozobo said the contributions and legacy of the departed souls would be forever remembered. He reiterated that the Ijaw stars died when their wealth of experience is needed most in the nation, describing the twin incidents as a monumental loss.

He, however, prayed God’s fortitude upon Barrister Smooth and the families of the nine deceased persons to bear the irreparable loss.

Ozobo prayed as well for those in the hospital bed for God’s intervention for quick recovery. Football fans In Auto Crash
