PAP: 3rd Phase Nat’l Leadership Urges Dr Otuaro, Gov Diri, NDDC, Tantita, Local Content Not To Have Dealings With Elaye Slabor, Demands Security to Arrest Him For Impersonation

The National Leadership of the Third Phase of the presidential Amnesty programme, PAP has reiterated a call on the Bayelsa State governor Senator Douye Diri, Chief Dr Dennis Brutu Otuaro, administrator of the Amnesty programme,High Chief Kestin Pondi, MD Tantita Security Service, Dr Samuel Ogbuku, MD Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), and Local Content Board not to have any dealings with one Elaye Slabor, who is parading himself as the leader of the Third Phase of the Presidential Amnesty programme, adding that his tenure officially ended on September 16, 2025, and he is no longer recognized as the legitimate chairman.
In a statement signed by Gen. Don Dollar, Vice National chairman, said the Elaye Slabor’s continued involvement with the amnesty program as Third phase Chairman is a recipe for disaster, adding that his actions were not only illegitimate but also posed a significant threat to the stability and progress achieved by the Presidential Amnesty Program and other intervention agencies in the region.
The National vice chairman urged all relevant boards, organizations and government interventionist agencies in Niger Delta region to recognize the new national leadership led by Ogidigba Godstime.
The statement read, “It’s imperative that the aforementioned agencies take steps to recognize the newly elected chairman.
“It is emphatic to say that Bayelsa State Government, Amnesty Office, Tantita, NDDC, Local Content Board, etc should Stop Having Dealings with an Impostor Elaye Slabor who has been masquerading as the Chairman of the Third Phase Presidential Amnesty Programme after two years tenure has elapsed.
General Don stressed, “The election of Ogidigba Godstime as the new National Chairman of the Third Phase Presidential Amnesty Programme is a clear indication of the will of the people. His leadership is expected to bring fresh perspectives and renewed commitment to the program’s objectives.
“It is essential that the Bayelsa State Government, NDDC, Tantita, Local Content Board PAP Office and other stakeholders support the smooth transition of leadership to ensure the program’s continued success led by Chief Denis Otuaro in-line with the President Bola Tinubu renewed hope agenda.
“By recognizing Ogidigba Godstime as the legitimate National Chairman, the aforementioned agencies can help maintain stability, promote good governance, and ensure the continued success of the Presidential Amnesty Program in the Niger Delta region and primary role of other intervention agencies.
It’s essential that they support the smooth transition of the new leadership to ensure the program’s continued success”, he added
