PAP: CHIEF DENNIS OTUARO’S ONE YEAR SCORECARDS AND HIS HIS POLICY TRUST AHEAD, By Alaowe Cleric

By Alaowei Cleric Esq
It is a fact that if you do what is right, what is wrong and who is wrong will eventually leave your life. Truth does not cease to exist because it’s ignored and it doesn’t change whether it’s believed by a majority. Truth is always the strongest argument. Hence, it’s said that truth shines in darkness. There’s never an instant truth because between virtue and vice, goodness is the only investment that never fails said Henry David. Lies never live long to be told. Honesty last longer according to John Molly.
Since assumption of office as the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), fifth columnists have been marauding around, sponsoring some social media hobos and media vagabonds to carry out smear campaign of calumny against Chief Dennis Otuaro, not minding whether he is delivering his core mandate to the people he has sworn an oath to serve.
As rational thinkers, we need to rationalize the success stories of Dennis Otuaro to brainstorm the unsuspecting public who might have been fed with the sugarcoated lies being manufactured by agents of darkness. Indeed, the man Chief Dennis Otuaro’s scorecards has surpassed his predecessors, thus entitling his name to be scrolled in the golden book of record for reference purposes.
*Below are some of his achievements in the past one year.*

7. Aircraft Maintenance Management: Ongoing efforts are in place to manage and support ex-agitators trained in aircraft maintenance, ensuring their skills are effectively utilized and maintained.
8. Employment Partnerships: Collaborations with various agencies have been established to secure employment opportunities for PAP graduates, facilitating their smooth transition into the workforce and contributing to regional economic growth.
*Vision for the Current Year:*
1. Vocational Training: A focus on providing vocational training to registered beneficiaries aims to equip them with practical skills for gainful employment.
2. Empowerment Initiatives: Empowerment programs are designed to support trained beneficiaries in establishing their own enterprises or securing employment, fostering self-sufficiency.
3. Women’s Empowerment: Special initiatives targeting women’s empowerment are being implemented to ensure inclusive development and equal opportunities for all genders.
4. Additionally, a list of top-performing students trained under PAP has been submitted to relevant authorities, highlighting the academic excellence achieved and promoting further opportunities for these outstanding individuals.
These comprehensive efforts underscore PAP’s commitment to the sustainable reintegration of ex-militants and the socio-economic advancement of the Niger Delta region.
More importantly, the clamour for a sustainably peaceful atmosphere in the Niger Delta region has been achieved under Otuaro for investments in the oil sector to thrive. In fact, Niger Delta region has been globally acclaimed to be the only peaceful place in Nigeria.
Truth exists but lies are created. Chief Dennis Otuaro’s achievements are the unblemished truth that never cease to exist no matter the incendiary campaign of calumny by political jobbers and power seekers milling around corridors of power. We commend President Tinubu for the gift of a rare gem who knows where and how to address our plight. Kudos to Chief Dennis Otuaro for the milestone achievements just in one year.
