PAP: Ijaw Women Lauds Dr Otuaro for Selfless Service to Niger Delta

A prominent Ijaw women group under the auspices of the Ijaw Women Rights’ Protection Form, IWRPF, has expressed profound gratitude to Dr. Dennis Brutus Otuaro, Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), for his unwavering commitment to the peace, security and the empowerment of Niger Delta youth.
The Ijaw women through their national president Comrade Hilda Amogha acknowledged Dr. Otuaro’s selfless service, highlighting his careful efforts to support the education and well-being of young people. His philanthropic endeavors, including sponsoring students’ education internationally and providing monthly support, have inspired hope and admiration among the youth.
“We sincerely appreciate a man of vision and selfless service, a true son of the Ijaw Nation,” the statement read. “Your unwavering commitment to the future of our young boys and girls is a rare sacrifice that speaks volumes of your love for the people.”
The group praised Dr. Otuaro’s focus on education, empowerment, and security, noting that his efforts are building a brighter tomorrow for the Niger Delta. “You are building tomorrow through education, empowerment, and hope,” the statement continued.
