PAP: Phase 3 Chairman, Ogidigba Builds Ties with Phase 1 Leader in Warri Meeting

A high-level meeting between top delegates of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) has taken place in Warri, Delta State, aimed at reinforcing harmony and cooperation within the Amnesty framework.
Gen. Ogidigba Godstime, Chairman of Phase 3 PAP, paid a courtesy visit to Gen. Aruna, National Chairman of Phase 1, at his Warri office, accompanied by senior Phase 3 leaders.
The meeting focused on key areas impacting the PAP, including strengthening unity across Phases 1, 2, and 3, enhancing delegate welfare and development, and maintaining peaceful administrative relations.
Witnesses described the meeting as frank, strategic, and solution-oriented. Both chairmen reaffirmed their dedication to sustaining Niger Delta peace and stability within the Amnesty structure.
Gen. Ogidigba emphasized the importance of unity, stating that the meeting aimed to strengthen relationships and ensure continued peace in the region.
