PAP Students to Hold One-Day Capacity Building Summit April 5

The National Association for Presidential Amnesty Students (NAPAS) Worldwide is set to host a transformative One-Day Mental Capacity Building Summit aimed at enhancing student productivity and bolstering human capital empowerment in the Niger Delta region. The event will take place at Michael and Cecilia Ibru University, Agbarha-Otor, Ughelli, Delta State – April 5, 2025 with sessions beginning promptly at 11 AM.
