PAP Western Zone 3rd Phase Beneficiaries Conference Holds in Warri Sept 28

The Original Third Phase Amnesty Leaders under the leadership of Gen Godstime Ogidigba are convening a Delegates Conference in Delta State to discuss crucial matters affecting the third phase of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), and provide suggestions to the workaholic administrator of the presidential Amnesty programme. The Conference is scheduled for Sunday, September 28, 2025, at 1:00 PM, the meeting will take place at the Gas Plant Hotel, Otor-Udu, Jeremi Road.

According to National Chairman Gen. Godstime Ogidigba, the conference agenda includes leadership restructuring, progress review, and updates on the PAP programme’s achievements. All members, leaders, delegates, and stakeholders have been invited to attend and mobilize their colleagues.

The meeting’s special guest of honor will be Gen. Tonye Bobo, former Chairman of the Third Phase Amnesty Delegates. This gathering aims to strengthen unity and advance the affairs of the PAP, ensuring sustainable progress and a brighter future for its members.
