Personalities converge as Service of songs for Piniki Azaiye held in Warri

The Ijaw Nation came together to honor the late Chief Azaiye Piniki, a revered leader and Ganpamowei of Gbaramatu Kingdom, in a poignant Service of Songs at his Warri residence. This emotional farewell celebrated a man whose kindness, visionary leadership, and dedication left an indelible mark on his people.

As loved ones gathered, the atmosphere was heavy with sorrow and reflection. Tears flowed freely as they shared cherished memories of Chief Piniki’s remarkable life and legacy. His exceptional kindness, leadership, and unwavering commitment inspired a community, and the outpouring of love and respect was a fitting tribute [1).
