Report any Hospital selling drugs to patients in Maru, we will take action: Say Bello Jabaka

The Chairman of Maru Local government in Zamfara state, Bello Muhammad Jabaka vowed to discipline any medical personnel caught selling drugs provided for free distribute to patients.

Bello Jabaka gave the warning while appreciating Nigerian Army for renovating a Primary Healthcare within his Local government Area.

“We provided free drugs and is not for sale, therefore whoever visited Hospital and ask to purchase medicine, he shall report to us, we will definitely take tedious actions against him. Jabaka said.

Bello Muhammad Jabaka also said, Maru Local Government stands firm to fight Malaria through fumigation across all the wards.

“We conducted fumigation in all our 10 political wards to fight maleria looking at the rain season and grasses almost everywhere.

Bello Jabaka further said, as the health sector is considered to be one of the top priorities of Governor Dauda Lawal in the state they will ensure that they complement the efforts of the state government at grassroots level for proper outcomes.
